Our goal is to help other people who have lost weight or are in the process and are now looking for guidance on how to maintain it long-term. We bring a light-hearted and relatable conversation to the table, filter-free and real. We want to share what we are learning about keeping a healthy mindset beyond the numbers, finding consistency and balance with all of the curveballs life can throw and how to celebrate the journey with one another.
