  • Ep. 10 – Hasta Luego, Season 1: Lo Que Viene y Lo Que Fue
    2025/07/07

In this episodio, we’re reflecting on everything we’ve shared, how much we’ve learned, and honestly, how wild it is that we even made it this far.

From the laughs to the real talk, desde el chisme hasta los momentos serios, we’re so grateful for everyone who listened, supported, and gave us space to just be nosotras.

We’re also talking about what’s next: nuestras metas for Season 2, what we’d love to do differently, and why we’re coming back with más intención, más stories, and maybe un poquito más structure... or maybe not. Ya veremos.

We’re especially excited to start bringing on guests and creating more impacto in our own Metro Detroit comunidad. Porque estas conversaciones importan, and we’re just getting started.

Gracias for being here with us. Nos vemos pronto in Season 2!

    2025/06/30

We also get into the reservations many women have about surgery. The risks, the judgment, and the pressure to explain why you want to change something in the first place.

Whether you are thinking about cosmetic procedures or just trying to feel more like you again, this episode is for you.

Glow ups look different for everyone and mujeres are doing it their own way.

  • Ep. 8 – Calmadas por Fuera, En Llamas por Dentro (Gracias, Estrés)
    2025/06/23

In this episode, we are talking about something many of us live with every day but rarely say out loud, estrés. That moment when you say todo está bien, but your body and mind say otherwise. From headaches, anxiety, insomnia, emotional exhaustion, and body aches, to that constant pressure we carry as Latinas and mujeres, we are diving deep into how stress shows up in our lives.

We get real about the connection between mental health and cultura, how our upbringing and expectations often make us stay quiet, keep pushing, and act like we are fine, even when we are breaking inside. Porque en nuestra comunidad, talking about burnout, emotional fatigue, and mental wellness is still not easy.

We share our own stories with anxiety, physical symptoms, and emotional triggers, and talk through ways to recognize the signs, slow down, and make space for self care, comunidad, and healing.

If you have ever felt overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in survival mode, this episode is for you. Your wellness, peace, and clarity matter. You are not alone.

  • Ep. 7 – Bucket List y Sueños Pendientes
    2025/06/16

What’s on your bucket list? What dreams have you put off — not because you forgot about them, but because life just kept happening?

In this episodio, we’re opening up about those long-held sueños pendientes — the ones we whisper to ourselves late at night or tuck away for “some day.” Whether it's an aventura, a personal goal, or a quiet longing for más, we’re saying them out loud. Because it’s never too late to honor the parts of ourselves we’ve been putting on hold.

We talk about why we delay our sueños — familia, miedo, finances, or simply feeling like it’s “too late.” We reflect on what we still want to do just for us, how cultura and expectations can get in the way, and what it means to reclaim our deseos in midlife.

This episodio was inspired by @the.traveling.maestra, who’s currently walking the Camino de Santiago – French Route, fulfilling one of her own bucket list sueños. Her journey reminded us that pursuing joy, healing, and propósito can start at any time, and that our stories are still being written.

🎙️ No Sabemos Pero Opinamos is a Spanglish podcast by two Mexicanas navigating midlife with humor, honesty, and corazón. We hold space every week for real conversaciones about identidad, cultura, motherhood, aging, mental health, and all the messy in-between.
