  • 8/22/23: Always Be Prepared (With Three Pairs of Goggles)

    My clients know how obsessed I am with ABP - always be prepared. Now carting around three pairs of goggles might not be useful for anyone else, but the main takeaway is that a little bit of foresight to prep and prepare for the day ahead can make a big difference - especially in our health habits. Nourishing ourselves in a way that feels good requires a bit of pre-planning. It may seem counter-intuitive, but for me, being prepared and looking ahead helps me stay more present during the day. When I know lunch is taken care of and dinners are planned - I have the mental space to dive into focused work more.
