  • #8: The Day You Finally Say "I'm Done"
    2026/06/29

In this episode, we're talking about something I often refer to ~ and what I call the "I'm Done" moment.

I share some of the biggest "I'm Done" moments that completely changed the direction of my life, from leaving my office job to becoming self-employed, ending a long-term relationship, healing my relationship with food, and most recently, realizing that living full-time in my van was no longer the life I wanted.

Because here's the thing: having your "I'm Done" moment is incredibly powerful... but it only changes your life if you decide to act on it.

    We talk about:

    • what the "I'm Done" moment actually is
    • the decisions that changed the course of my own life
    • why clarity often comes from living the experience, not thinking about it
    • how your health journey changes the moment you stop starting over
    • why action is what allows life (and the universe) to meet you halfway

    Key takeaway:

Your "I'm Done" moment is your intuition telling you that you're no longer available for the life you've been living. But that moment alone won't change anything. The transformation begins when you make a different decision and take the first step towards the life you know you truly want.

Do you want to stop starting over and finally build a body and lifestyle that lasts?

This is exactly what I help women do through Body & Balance: creating a healthy, strong body through the right training, nourishing nutrition, sustainable habits, and personalised coaching that fits into your life, so you never have to take on a diet again.

  • #6: How to Start Going to the Gym (and Stick to It)
    2026/05/21

Starting the gym can feel incredibly intimidating ~ especially when it seems like everyone else already knows exactly what they’re doing.

In this episode, I’m sharing the practical things that genuinely helped me go from feeling awkward and insecure in the gym to building a routine that now is and feels like a natural part of my life.

    We talk about:

    • the fact that almost everyone feels uncomfortable in the gym at first
    • what happens when you put the pressure on yourself to become a “gym person” overnight
    • the mindset shift that creates consistency
    • the best times to go to the gym as a beginner
    • what it has to do with your workout plan
    • what is important during your workouts and what exercises to choose
    • the key for visible results and motivation
    • and how to make the gym feel enjoyable instead of overwhelming

    Key takeaway:

Confidence in the gym is never built before you go. It’s built THROUGH going.

Do you want to start your gym journey with a coach?

This is exactly the kind of support I offer through Body & Balance: helping you build a strong, healthy body through realistic workouts, nourishing nutrition, sustainable habits, and personalised guidance that fits into your life.

  • #5: How trying to ‘be healthy’ makes you eat 2000 extra calories
    2026/05/17

In this episode, I’m breaking down one of the biggest mindset & physical shifts that you need to make to change your relationship with food: learning to stop fearing the chocolate bar.

    We go into:

    • why “healthyified” swaps often leave you unsatisfied
    • how trying to avoid certain foods can actually lead to overeating
    • the psychological reason forbidden foods become obsessive
    • why mental satisfaction matters just as much as physical fullness
    • how restriction creates binge cycles (even mentally)
    • what actually happens in your brain when you stop making foods “bad”
    • why allowing yourself food is the only way to rebuild trust around eating again
    • and how to start creating a calmer, more balanced relationship with food again

    Key takeaway:

Healthy eating is not built on restrictions. It’s built on balance, understanding, and through re-learning to neutralise your emotions about food again.

  • #4: Intermittent Fasting Explained: What Works, What Doesn’t, and Why
    2026/04/11

Let’s talk about intermittent fasting ~ and why this isn’t as black and white as it’s often made out to be.

In this episode, I’m sharing my personal experience with fasting, where it actually helped me, and why I ultimately chose not to continue with it long-term. While intermittent fasting can reconnect you to your hunger cues, it’s often misunderstood ~ especially for women.

    We go into:

    • why fasting can help you feel real hunger again
    • the difference between physical hunger and emotional eating
    • how dieting disconnects you from your body (and how to rebuild that trust)
    • why most fasting advice is based on male physiology ~ and why that matters
    • what actually happens in your body when you skip meals
    • why food quality matters more than meal timing
    • and how to build a way of eating that works sustainibly in your life

    Key takeaway:

You don’t need to force your body into a ruled schedule. You need to learn how to listen to it and support it.

  • #3: Protein: Trend or Actually Important? What You Need to Know
    2026/04/05

Protein is everywhere right now: High-protein snacks, high-protein meals, high-protein everything.

But is it actually important, or just another trend?

In this episode, we break it down in a simple, real-life way.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • why protein is not just a trend (but also not something to obsess over)

    • how protein impacts your energy, hunger, and overall stability

    • why you might still feel unsatisfied after eating

    • how to build meals that actually keep you full and satisfied

    • the simple way to structure your meals (without restriction)

    • how much protein you actually need

    • how to spot real high-protein foods (and not fall for marketing)

    • why balance matters more than perfection

    The core shift:

It’s not about eating less. It’s about building meals that actually fuel you. When your meals are balanced and satisfying, you stop thinking about food all the time and your cravings stop. And that’s where consistency becomes easier.

    A simple way to start:

Next time you eat, ask yourself:

    Where is my protein?

Does this feel satisfying for me?

    And build from there.

    Real-life reminder:

Not every meal has to be perfect.

    Sometimes it’s a quick snack.

Sometimes it’s a banana on the go.

Sometimes it’s the cinnamon bun with your coffee.

This is not about restriction. It’s about understanding what your body needs ~ and building most of your meals around that.

    If this resonates with you:

  • #2: Why You Keep Bingeing (And Why It’s Not What You Think)
    2026/04/04

If you’ve ever told yourself “this is the last time” after a binge and then somehow found yourself right back there again.. this episode is for you.

Bingeing can feel confusing, frustrating, and completely out of your control. But what if it’s not random at all? What if it’s actually a response ~ to something you’ve been doing before?

In this episode, I’m breaking down what’s really going on when you binge, why it keeps happening, and the shift you need to make to get out of the cycle.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • why bingeing is not a lack of discipline

    • what actually happens in your body when you restrict

    • the real reason you keep ending up back in the same cycle

    • why “starting over” is what keeps you stuck

    • what to do after a binge (this part changes everything)

    • why bingeing doesn’t just stop overnight ~ and why that’s normal

    • how the cycle actually starts to break

    The core shift:

Bingeing is not the problem, it’s the response. The way out is not more control ~ it’s changing what you do after the binge.

If you’re in this right now:

Instead of trying to fix it, try this:

    • don’t restrict the next day

    • eat your normal meals (even if it feels uncomfortable)

    • don’t start over, just continue on with your life

    • expect the urge and don’t panic about it

This is where the cycle starts to break.

    If this resonates with you:

    2026/04/04

For 15 years, I was stuck in the diet, binge and restrict cycle:

    Dieting.

    Starting over.

    Trying again.

Knowing exactly what to do ~ and still never feeling consistent, confident, or at peace in my body.

In this episode, I’m sharing what actually changed that.

Not another method and not more discipline.

The exact shifts that helped me build a strong, toned and confident body that finally supports my life ~ instead of controlling it.

    • you feel stuck in a cycle of dieting and starting over

    • you “know what to do” but can’t seem to stick to it

    • you want something that actually works in real life ~ not just for a few weeks

    • how restriction keeps you stuck in the cycle

    • the real reason nothing ever holds

    • how to make the shift from control to consistency

    • how I started eating more and finally felt stable
