  • Room for a Miracle * The Whitfield Hotel Transformation
    2026/10/31

Some stories are best told while they're still unfolding.

Marian Nisbet and I took a road trip to Kershaw, South Carolina, to visit Deeda McIsaac Coffey and tour the historic Whitfield Hotel. Deeda has taken on the challenge of bringing this piece of Kershaw's history back to life and restoring it to its original condition. We start our tour at the building next door to the hotel which Deeda has also purcashed and hopes to make into a community market or center.

We walked through the building together, room by room, imagining what it will become. There's plenty of work ahead but this is a passion project with a purpose. Deeda envisions more than a beautiful old hotel. She wants to create a place for hospitality, gathering and community with a mission rooted in her Christian faith and a commitment to helping those affected by human trafficking.

Deeda describes herself and God as the owners. She considers this work a part of her ministry.

We also got to see a little more of Kershaw including the Haile Gold Mine. (we rode past)

  • Free Agent Somatic Investigation: Full Moon Illumination of ENOUGH
    2026/10/25

I've spent a lot of my life moving forward, figuring things out and trying to stay ahead of what might happen next. Lately, I've been learning to soften. To slow down. To receive (NOT EASY)

This meditation grew out of that experience and my own exploration of the adrenals, the body's response to fear and the patterns that can keep us moving long after we need to.

With the full moon in Taurus as our backdrop, we move from Aries action into Taurus embodiment; from doing to being, from pushing forward to inhabiting our lives.

We'll trace the body, beginning with the adrenals, and explore what it means to feel, nourish ourselves.

What if enough isn't something we have to achieve, but something we can learn to receive?

Thank you for listening, I am grateful

  • BEYOND BELIEF: Cindy "Seer" Anderson talks Spirit Guides
    2026/10/09

I'm curious about the spirit world, but I also have an analytical mind and a healthy skepticism. So when Cindy "Seer" Anderson joined me on the Museum, I wanted to explore the idea of spirit guides and learn how to connect with my own.

Cindy walked me through the process and shared practical tips, taking some of the "woo"out of the experience. She presents it as something surprisingly natural, suggesting that the work isn't about learning something new but unlearning what has kept us from exploring. She calls it SOULPIPHANY

This conversation launches BEYOND BELIEF, a new Museum of Change series exploring the spirit world. I'm bringing my questions and my skepticism as we pull back the curtain on experiences that challenge what we think we know.

I will be giving updates on my 5 day challenge to connect with my spirit guides

  • Seeing Stars* October Astrology with Dawn
    2026/10/03

October asks us to look beneath the surface.

Venus goes retrograde in Scorpio, and Scorpio isn't particularly interested in putting a pretty rug over the plumbing problem. Venus may want beauty, harmony and peace; Scorpio says, hold up. We have something to deal with.

This month invites us to look honestly at what isn't working, what we've been avoiding and what needs to be repaired before we can truly move forward into the new.

Dawn takes us through the astrology of October and what the sky may be showing us; not as something to fear but as information. It's just information.

  • UNDER THE INFLUENCE:The Transformation of Addiction: Austin Rampt, One Last Hit
    2026/09/26

I've been wanting to talk about addiction on the Museum for a while. This conversation with Austin Rampt is a great place to begin.

Austin and I talk about addiction and the way it can morph and change. How something that starts one way can take on a completely different form and how far the pattern can take you.

Austin has lived it. Eight rehabs, relapse, recovery, and a wild journey that eventually took him to Mexico and into the world of the Sinaloa Cartel.

We also talk about the 12-step program and recovery, including the fact that one of the most powerful resources available to people struggling with addiction is free.

This is the beginning of a series I'm calling UNDER THE INFLUENCE. I want to addiction: what it is, how it changes and what it takes to transform it.

Austin's story is a powerful introduction.

This is the Art of the Ordinary.

  • Dr. Maria Katharina Inglesby: Following Curiosity
    2026/09/12

Dr. Maria Katharina Inglesby is a Ph.D. scientist, chemist and researcher who received her doctorate from UC Davis and the University Medal for her academic achievement. Today, she brings that same scientific curiosity to her exploration of consciousness.

In this conversation, we talk about grief, fear and the unexpected ways life can change us. Grief can feel like taking a house down to the studs; everything familiar stripped away, leaving you to figure out what is still there and what comes next.

Maria shares what it has meant to follow her curiosity beyond the laboratory and into questions of consciousness, transformation and what it means to be human.
