What if the question isn't "How do I fix myself?" but "What no longer belongs?"

In this guided meditation, I use the lymphatic system as a biological metaphor for discernment. Just as the lymphatic system continually samples what moves through the body, filtering what belongs from what does not, we are invited to observe the fears, obligations and unconscious agreements that shape our lives. What is draining our life force?

Inspired by the teachings of Yeshua and informed by anatomy rather than mysticism, this meditation is not about fighting or removing parts of yourself. It is about bringing your inner landscape into the Christed Light, where truth can be seen without judgment. The goal is to become a FREE AGENT.

Part III: Restoring Agency examines the anatomy of the heart, fibrous pericardium, central tendon and diaphragm through guided somatic awareness. Drawing on a passage from the Gospel of Mary, this meditation explores unconscious contracts, false authority, and the restoration of agency through recognition.
