    Mat Scott is a personal trainer and certified Wim Hof instructor. Mat runs a company called Wise and Prime which is based in Brighton & Hove.

    Mat and Max met at Seaside Sauna in Lancing whilst teaching a Wim Hof experience course. Mat taught Max some breathing techniques and ways to deal with cold exposure.
