    Light Chats is a podcast created by Light Peer Support, a perinatal mental health charity based in South Yorkshire. The podcast will be hosted by one of our Peer Support Coordinators, Ruchika.

    Through this podcast we aim to raise awareness, reduce the stigma around perinatal mental health and bring hope.

    We hope these chats bring you hope and show you that there is Light at the end of the tunnel.
