  • It‘s Time to Raise Your Standards | Life in Progress Podcast
    2026/08/24

Today I'm getting real with you about something I feel strongly about: I'm done romanticizing suffering. Suffering is optional. Growth is a must.

In this episode, I'm sharing the standards I refuse to compromise on. In my business, my relationships, and my finances and why I believe you can build a life you love without wearing your struggle like a badge of honor. I've had to tolerate a lot to build this life, but tolerating something while you build is not the same as glamorizing pain.

So this is your invitation to sit down this weekend, write out your own non-negotiables, and stop suffering for the sake of a story.

  • Choose to Live For Yourself | Life in Progress Podcast
    2026/08/10

How often do you think of yourself first before anyone else's needs?

Most of the time, we pour a lot into something or someone else, not realizing we don't have anything left for ourselves.

We give and give to work, to family, to everyone who needs a piece of us, until "me time" becomes something we keep postponing to next week, next month, next year. But you can't keep pouring from an empty cup.

This is your reminder: choosing yourself isn't selfish. Rest isn't a reward you have to earn. You're allowed to slow down, to breathe, to do the thing that makes you feel alive again, whether that's a quiet morning, a long walk, or finally booking that trip you've been dreaming about.

Because the world will always ask for more. The question is: when will you finally answer your own call? 🤍

So today, start small. Put yourself on the list. You deserve to be poured into too.

  • Why I Choose the Discomfort of Not Knowing Anything in my 30s | Life in Progress Podcast
    2026/07/26

I used to think comfort was the goal. Now I know it's the trap.My 30s have taught me that the moments that stretched me. The awkward conversations, the risks that could've flopped, the "I have no idea if this will work" leaps are the ones that actually built me. Comfort keeps you where you are. Discomfort is where you grow.So I've stopped waiting to feel ready. I've stopped needing to have it all figured out. Being uncomfortable doesn't mean something's wrong; it usually means something's changing.

  • Finding yourself in your 20s and 30s | Life in Progress Podcast
    2026/07/19

You know that voice in your head? The one narrating your life right now? You're going to hear it longer than any friend, partner, or family member you'll ever have. Every relationship in your life is optional or temporary, except that one.

This episode is about the relationship nobody teaches you to maintain: the one with yourself. We're unpacking why the way you talk to yourself becomes the blueprint for how you let everyone else treat you, why abandoning yourself often disguises itself as being "easygoing," and how you can't outsource your worth to a partner, a job title, or a follower count, because borrowed validation always comes with interest.

We get into the practical stuff too: what it actually looks like to keep promises to yourself, how to sit alone with your thoughts without reaching for your phone, and why forgiving yourself isn't letting yourself off the hook. It's the only way to stop dragging the past into every new room you enter.

You show up to every relationship you'll ever have. Might as well like who's showing up.

  • Things You Need to Stop Apologizing for | Life in Progress Podcast
    2026/07/12

For years, I made myself smaller to fit into rooms I'd already outgrown. 🤍

This week on Life in Progress, I'm unpacking the things we apologize for that we never should: our boundaries, our ambition, our changing minds, our need to put ourselves first.

Somewhere along the way, we learned that being agreeable was safer than being honest. This one is me unlearning that, out loud.

Change isn't scary. Change is beautiful; it means you're moving.

  • Stop Waiting to Be Ready: Time, Risk & Doing Hard Things in Your 30s | Life in Progress Podcast
    2026/07/11

What started as a casual travel update turned into one of my most honest episodes yet: why I don't think we need a "reason" to do the things we love, how losing my dad at 13 reshaped my entire relationship with time, and why I believe today's self-awareness culture might be quietly turning into a cage instead of a tool for freedom.

I get into the neuroscience of habit and comfort, unpack the risky-but-necessary math behind "adulting" in your 30s, and get vulnerable about the parts of my identity I've had to unlearn from being too guarded with my trust to trying to fix everyone around me. If you've ever needed permission to stop overthinking and start doing, this episode is for you.
