  • Episode 49: Relationships & Human Connection
    2024/11/10

Welcome back to another episode and this time we had to go down the rabbit hole on relationships since that is a trendy topic nowadays.

Dr. Tasha Seider is a licensed relationship therapist/marriage counselor based in Fort Collins, Colorado. She provides online/in-person counseling to help anybody who is looking to improve their lives, families, and relationships.

In this episode we talked about the dangers of social media contributing to the downfall of relationships, games being played, emotional intelligence, sex dolls, AI, etc

This conversation is heavily needed since I had my own experiences in the dating world which is very tough but we will all get through it. We have to.

Embrace yourself and get ready for real dialogue.

  • Episode 48: Memoir And Ketamine Journey (Part 1)
    2024/10/25

Welcome back to another episode of Let's Talk With Patrick Podcast.

This time I decided to venture out into the ketamine world to get more of an understanding since it has been demonized in the media. Not only that but we spend a big portion on Part 1 of our interview going over Heathers memoir that she released last year.

She has gone through a lot of trauma that shaped who she is currently and she is on a spiritual journey to evolution. There is so much mental health, sexual trauma, drug usages, and it is very unapologetic conversation that is a must listen.

Heather's memoir is called "The Gifts That Haunt Me" which is available on amazon, iTunes and audible. I also provided the website if anybody is interested in reading her lyrics she has written.

Stay tuned for Part 2 coming really soon

  • Episode 46: Weight Loss Journey & Overcoming Bullying
    2024/07/05

Welcome to another episode and this time I have a childhood friend of mine who I have known for a very long time.

David Conner is from Georgia. He is a father, husband, and manager at a restaurant. He has gone through a lot of trauma in his life but he managed to find a way to navigate through it. Some things were out of his control and some things were in his control. The things he could control he held himself accountable.

His wife helped him a long the way and he has been on the right path ever since. It is important to have a team mate if you're willing to build something together.

This episode is very personal and vulnerable as men. So please sit down and enjoy the ride. I hope everyone is able to take bits and pieces out of this interview to better themselves going forward. None of us are perfect but we strive to be better each day.
