Everyone knows a hashtag or a football round might make us feel a bit better but the issue is way deeper than that. Asking RUOK? is a touch better but way more needs to be done.. Research into what works and what to do when some things don't work.. Answers -- practical, science based, proven strategies Healing stories, not just problem stories. Too many mental health talks are on the problem and the problem stories, and not enough on the stories of transformation and healing..
