  • The Pressure to Have Your Shit Together - Episode 10
    2026/10/28

Tell us your thoughts, questions and spirals 👀

When exactly are you supposed to have your shit together? Because apparently we missed the memo. 😂

In Episode 10, we’re talking about the pressure to have life figured out... the career, the relationship, the house, the money, the family, the future… and that horrible little feeling that everyone else is somehow doing adulthood better than you.

We talk about comparing ourselves to other people, the timelines we thought our lives would follow, what happens when life takes a completely different direction, and whether anyone actually feels like they know what they’re doing.

Because maybe having your shit together isn’t actually the goal. Maybe we’re all just winging it with varying levels of confidence. 😂

  • Back to School: Teachers, Reports & Bunking Off
    2026/10/21

Tell us your thoughts, questions and spirals 👀

Apparently, putting us behind microphones wasn’t embarrassing enough… so this week we’re digging up our school years. 🎒😂

We’re talking teachers we’ll never forget, school reports that told our parents EXACTLY what we were like, bunking off, getting into trouble and all the ridiculous memories we somehow still remember decades later.

    Were we well-behaved students? Hmm.
Did our teachers see straight through us? Absolutely.

And now that we’re mums ourselves, there’s something slightly terrifying about looking back at what we got up to and realising our own children might one day do exactly the same thing.

Welcome to Episode 9: Back to School.

🎙️ Keep Me Wild, Keep Me Sane — two sisters, two very different personalities and absolutely no guarantee we’ll stay on topic.

Tell us your thoughts, questions and spirals 👀

Anyone else still think the 90s were about ten years ago? 😂

This week, Becca and Vicki take a trip back to growing up in the 90s and 00s, sharing childhood memories and looking back at their younger selves through the eyes of two sisters.

A little nostalgia, a little embarrassment and plenty of sister chat.

What would you bring back from those days—and what can stay firmly in the past?

  • Two Against One: Raising One vs Raising Twins
    2026/10/06

Tell us your thoughts, questions and spirals 👀

One child. Two twins. Three small humans. Two VERY different experiences of motherhood. 😂

This week, Becca and Vicki compare what parenting has looked like for them so far... with Becca raising Niah and Vicki permanently outnumbered by twins Hugo and Harper.

We’re talking routines, independence, attention, getting out of the house, parenting styles, chaos and all the little ways having one child vs two at once has shaped the way we parent.

Same family. Same generation. Completely different parenting experiences.

    This is Two Against One.

  • The Mental Load: Why Are We Thinking About EVERYTHING?
    2026/09/29

Tell us your thoughts, questions and spirals 👀

Why does Mum always know when the toothpaste is running out?

Who needs new shoes? When the school forms are due? What’s in the fridge? Which birthday present still needs buying? And approximately 847 other things nobody else seems to realise need thinking about?

This week, Becca and Vicki are tackling the mental load — the invisible list of remembering, planning, organising and anticipating that seems to run permanently in the background.

We’re talking motherhood, relationships, work, life admin and that very specific rage that comes from being asked a question by someone who could absolutely have found the answer themselves. 😂

Why does one person so often become the keeper of ALL THE INFORMATION? And why is thinking about the thing sometimes more exhausting than actually doing the thing?

As always, there are tangents. There are spirals. There are sisterly disagreements.

And there will almost certainly be several moments where you'll find yourself shouting “YES! THIS!”

🎧 Keep Me Wild, Keep Me Sane — two sisters, two very different approaches to life, and one weekly spiral.

Question of the week: What's the most ridiculous thing currently taking up space in your mental load?

  • 🎙️ Episode 5 — The Palate Cleanser!
    2026/09/22

Tell us your thoughts, questions and spirals 👀

After two pretty emotional weeks talking about our fertility journeys, we decided it was time to give ourselves... and you lot... a bit of a breather. 😂

So this week, there are no needles, no hormones and considerably less trauma. Instead, we're handing the episode over to you and answering your questions.

And apparently you had QUESTIONS. 👀

From the ridiculous to the slightly revealing, we're chatting through your submissions, going off on the usual completely unnecessary tangents and discovering, once again, that putting the two of us in front of microphones with no real plan is probably the entire premise of this podcast.

Think of this one as a little reset. A palate cleanser between the heavier stuff.

Grab a coffee. Come have a laugh with us. ❤️

Tell us your thoughts, questions and spirals 👀

It’s an honest conversation about what fertility treatment actually feels like when you’re the person living it, including the things nobody really prepares you for.
