Tell us your thoughts, questions and spirals 👀
Why does Mum always know when the toothpaste is running out?
Who needs new shoes? When the school forms are due? What’s in the fridge? Which birthday present still needs buying? And approximately 847 other things nobody else seems to realise need thinking about?
This week, Becca and Vicki are tackling the mental load — the invisible list of remembering, planning, organising and anticipating that seems to run permanently in the background.
We’re talking motherhood, relationships, work, life admin and that very specific rage that comes from being asked a question by someone who could absolutely have found the answer themselves. 😂
Why does one person so often become the keeper of ALL THE INFORMATION? And why is thinking about the thing sometimes more exhausting than actually doing the thing?
As always, there are tangents. There are spirals. There are sisterly disagreements.
And there will almost certainly be several moments where you'll find yourself shouting “YES! THIS!”
🎧 Keep Me Wild, Keep Me Sane — two sisters, two very different approaches to life, and one weekly spiral.
Question of the week: What's the most ridiculous thing currently taking up space in your mental load?
