Katara Johnson was a 21-year-old African American woman living in Taylor , Texas when she was murdered on August 26th, 2004. Katara was returning home from a late shift at Taco Bell on the night of August 25th, 2004. She drove home and presumably made it in her home safely. The next morning her grandmother noticed that Katara’s car was missing and went to check on her, inside she found Katara deceased . Years later her family is still trying to find her murderer and find out why their loved ones life was cut so short.
