Janey is back in Corbridge for her 10-11am Grief to Growth support group, helping guide others in grief to flip the page and start a new chapter in life.

Janey highlights how her recent trauma and grief got her reviewing her life and the other events throughout her life, mainly her Chronic Fatigue diagnosis shaped her life and how taking small steps with someone to guide her, has allowed her to guide and help others.
