The peace of Jesus, the prince of peace, came into my heart and I've never been the same again. And what he did for me, he will do for you because he's no respecter of persons. Jesus is the prince of peace. Open your heartto him and ask the prince of peace to come in.
And when he does, your life will never be the same again.

Ten ways God speaks, from the most direct to the most subtle:
1. Scripture — the written word, the primary channel.
2. Prayer — not just talking, but listening in the quiet
3. The Holy Spirit — an inner witness,
4. The House of God: Jeremiah 18:2 "Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words."
5. Dreams and visions
6. Nature — Psalm 19 says, The heavens declare his glory
7. Circumstances — open and closed doors,
8. Conscience — that inner moral compass.
9. Angels - He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him, and saying unto him, Cornelius.” Acts‬ ‭10‬:‭1‬-‭3‬ ‭KJV‬‬
10. Silence — sometimes God speaks by not speaking

Psalm 61:2 says, "From the end of the earth, I will call you. When my heart is faint, lead me to the rock that is higher than I." Life can sometimes feel heavy. And we need to remind ourselves that God is our helper.
He's higher than any wave that wants to come against us and toss us back to and fro. God is higher. God is higher than any pit you might feel like you're in. God is the solid rock. He's the unshakable rock.
Regardless what's shaking you, when you stand on the rock Christ Jesus, you will not be shaken. God is unmoved by the circumstances of your life, the chaos or the constant winds of change. And our cry needs to be, Lord, lead me to the rock. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

Praise God. Today's inspired word to live by is Jesus. Jesus. Jesus my best friend. You say, "You mean to tell me that Jesus can be not just savior and lord, but a friend?" Oh yes. The Bible tells us that he is a friend that sticks closer than any brother. You see, while on earth, Jesus ministered and dealt with people on five different levels. The first level was where he ministered to the multitudes. They came to eat and to be healed.
Then he ministered to the 70 which he sent out to preach, cast out devils, and heal the sick. And then he had the 12 which he surrounded himself with and called them apostles. And then he set aside the three Peter, James and John, which he took with him everywhere he went to perform miracles, because he was training them to literally do what He did.
But then we have the one, his name was John. John didn't want his power as much as he wanted Jesus' heart. That's why we see in the last supper John leaning on his bosom, leaning on his heart. He was after the heart of Jesus. And whenever you are after the heart of Jesus, Jesus will become your friend. Many people want his power. Many people want his prestige.
Many people want his name and just the association with him so that they can do something for God and look good before people. But when you want his heart, he will become a friend to you that will stick closer than any brother.
Jesus. Jesus. Jesus, my best friend. I hope you make him yours.

Life is a journey for each of us and each of our journeys is marked by

seasons that are constantly changing. We are all going through highs and lows and everything in between.
We are all experiencing times of certainty and then uncertainty, times of struggle and then times of growth. Isaiah 33:6 says, "He will be the stability of our times. Abundance of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge.
The fear of the Lord is Zion's treasure." Every single life needs an anchor.
And God is the only secure anchor that regardless of what time it is or how insecure your times feel, he is the security, the stability of our times. He's our firm foundation. The greatest security that we have in life is God all by himself. true security, true stability, our source of wisdom, knowing his steadfast love that never ceases to amaze me.
There's a song we sing. It says, "Oh no, he never let’s go. He never let’s go of me. God is the stability of your times. Hold tight to him because he will not let you go."

Todays Table Talk with Pastor Jason Alvarez features Rev. Pura Coniglio, a mighty woman of God and a mighty intercessor, listen as she shares her life-changing testimony. She grew up in the Bronx, NY during the civil rights movement, how God delivered her husband from drugs and alcohol, and how the saving grace of Jesus Christ took them out of the craziness of the world and placed them both in the service of the Lord.

GREAT CHAPTERS IN THE N.T.

I THESSALONIANS 5:1- “But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep, sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
