Hello, my name is Michael (Misha) Son. Strength trainer and Movement coach, teacher, athlete, and lifelong learner.

More than ten years of experience and continuing education.

At the age of 14, I was recognized as handicapped for a lower back condition.

At the age of 16, I was robbed in the daylight.

I know the darkness of both physical and psychological pain.

I used iron to cure both!

Today I pay it forward.

I teach and inspire people to connect on a deeper level with their bodies and their soul.
