I’m Lindsey Petrangelo, APRN, CPT, and founder of InspireWellnessCo — a nurse practitioner with a passion for movement, gut health, hormones, and calling out the wellness industry’s bullshit (with humor, obviously).

    In this first full episode of The Strong, Sweaty & Slightly Inappropriate Podcast, Lindsey gets raw, real, and a little emotional sharing the story behind how she became the unapologetic, coffee-fueled wellness rebel she is today.


    From taking a college class in Movement Science that changed everything, to earning her degree in Health and Fitness, becoming a certified personal trainer, managing a gym, and then making the leap into nursing after watching her dad’s cancer journey — Lindsey takes you through the twists, turns, and slightly inappropriate detours that built the life she has today.


    You’ll hear how she balanced motherhood, nursing school, and running her own gym, how the COVID era changed her entire career path, and how her time working with the incredible team at Pregenzer Urology (a.k.a. “The Peen Queen” era) reignited her drive to help people in a deeper, more holistic way.
