  • Best Birthday, Worst Hollandaise
    2026/04/13

A few weeks apart means a lot of ground to cover: Whitney kicks it off with a hack to keep your Dirty Sis Martini cold. Courtney shares highlights from her 50th birthday redo done right. Momma Ashley approves of Courtney's new man, "Mr. With-a-K", but states that he's not her type. Momma and Whitney recap Easter brunch that went sideways with scrambled hollandaise and a powdered sugar explosion. They wrap things up planning a special dinner party for Vivi's upcoming Bat Mitzvah with a menu full of the Ashley Family's greatest hits.

  • The Ashley Sisters vs. The LA Marathon
    2026/03/13

Join sisters Courtney and Whitney for a cocktail-fueled episode as they sip martinis and recount the usual insanity of their daily lives. On today's menu, a drunken dance competition, co-parenting wins, followed by major kitchen conundrums as well as a candid look at the LA Marathon.

In cooking news, Courtney's kitchen confidence is at an all-time low after dealing with spider-infested sesame seeds and a disastrous attempt at Momma Ashley's crack pie. Meanwhile, Whitney recounts her battle with live lobsters that simply wouldn't cooperate and a highly touted "olive-fed" rib-eye that fell short of expectations. Then, as they gear up for their upcoming Birthday weekend in Joshua Tree, the sisters attempt to brainstorm a menu that won't stink up the house but will meet everyone's dietary needs.

Then… The LA Marathon? It's been ruining their Sunday plans for years, and this time, they're not holding back. After nearly running out of gas in the middle of marathon traffic, Courtney begrudgingly joins the race on foot after years of cursing it's existence.

This episode is fun and it's funny and will make you want to join the Sisters' latest movement #FuckTheLAMarathon

  • Momma Said We're Idiots
    2026/02/23

This week on Hey Sis, Eat This, Whitney takes Momma Ashley on a luxury bus to Austin, where Mom tries a Waymo for the first time and then listens to last week's episode only to declare, "Y'all are idiots," leaving Courtney convinced she's suddenly on probation.

The sisters chalk it up to Momma running her own assisted living facility while caring for Aunt Karen, who slipped on kitty litter and broke her leg. Meanwhile, Whitney mixes vodka Diet Dr. Peppers in lieu of pain meds, and Courtney reports back from a "panty dropper" mushroom lunch at LA staple Gjelina.

  • Introducing 'Momma Said What??'
    2026/02/13

This week, Courtney and Whitney introduce their new opening segment, "Momma Said What?," a weekly recap of the funniest, sweetest, and WTF things their beloved Momma Ashley has said or done recently. But Momma's weekly "funny" involving a blown transformer and broken microwave reminded Courtney of a recent run‑in with their dad at the hair salon, where he put on one of his famous one‑man shows about his Bristol Farms grocery‑store debacle.

The crackups continue as the sisters touch on Courtney's silent staredown with comedian Bill Hader in L.A., adding to her list of awkward celebrity run‑ins, as well as Courtney getting permission from her doctor to continue eating her Joe & the Juice spicy tuna sandwiches after Whitney's concern about mercury poisoning from her regular consumption of her favorite lunch.

Thank God at least one sister is still cooking these days—and that sister is Whitney! Learn how an attempt at a prime‑rib sandwich a la Hillstone became a whole new, delicious recipe by accident. Tune in to hear the sisters dish on the latest and greatest in their lives as they gear up for the official launch of Season 5 filled with Mommas and siblings and recipes, oh my!

  • Phil Rosenthal is so nice!
    2026/01/26

In this episode, Momma Ashley is in the house! With the annual Snowmageddon coming to Dallas, Momma and Whitney are panic-shopping like it's pre-COVID with plans to cook all weekend. Courtney calls in from LA, chomping at the bit to hear Momma and Whitney recap their incredible meet-and-greet with Somebody Feed Phil creator Phil Rosenthal. Momma brought Phil her famous Pinch of Texas brownies while Whitney pitched him on coming to Hey Sis with his brother. They both can't stop gushing about how genuinely nice Phil was.

Courtney shares that she's deep in the emotional trenches of parenting her teenage daughters and wants to know from Momma if she and Whitney were "real mean" when they were teens. Momma's sage advice for those teenage years? "It's always about them and they don't want to do what you want to do. The sooner you learn that mommy, the better off you're going to be."

  • Divorce Boot Camp and Bathtub Beef
    2026/01/16

After paying tribute to the one-year anniversary of the Los Angeles fires last week, Courtney and Whitney finally circle back to their usual nonsense including questionable food, wood conundrums and the slow realization that everyone they know is either perimenopausal or allergic to something.

The sisters recap Christmas and NYE from Dallas to Broken Bow to Vegas, including bathtub braised short ribs, sea bass in tomato "Comcast," and why Caesar salad was banned during "Divorce Boot Camp!" Courtney shares highlights from a perimenopause documentary premiere involving monks, hormone replacement therapy, and a missed opportunity to yell "cougar puberty" in a packed theater. Whitney counters with walkie-talkie role play and the emotional toll of relinquishing menu control.

It's that time of year when the Texas mountain cedar is taking everyone down, including Momma Ashley. The sisters swap stories about Momma's outdoor nap that led to her yearly bout of laryngitis, but that won't stop her from calling both girls to check in despite having no voice.

  • From the Ashes, One Year Later
    2026/01/08

In honor of the one-year anniversary of the LA fires, we're replaying one of the most raw episodes we've ever recorded, captured in real time as Courtney was navigating the fires, divorce, and displacement. After the replay, we sit down together to reflect on what's changed, what's healed, and what she's learned about love, family, and resilience one year later.

  • Holiday Sweaters, Caroling & A Missing Vibrator
    2025/12/19

In the last episode of 2025, Courtney and Whitney are coordinating matching sweaters, planning holiday caroling routes, and discussing why their Momma Ashley needs a "find vibrator" post-it reminder.

They revisit last year's caroling outing, which started as an impromptu evening with family, and now seems to be turning into a neighborhood-wide production. Courtney imagines 40 people trying to squeeze onto a porch to sing Jingle Bells while Whitney envisions top hats and petticoats à la Charles Dickens era singing Holly and the Ivy. Together they devise a hilarious plan that will split the generations, spread some holiday cheer, and hopefully not piss off Momma Ashley.

Speaking of Momma…Whitney has Courtney ROFL when she shares how Momma recently confessed that she had lost Whitney's "vibrator" that she was using to ease her neck pain. The two sisters barely recover to thank all of the amazing listeners and supporters they've had throughout the year.

We'll leave you with a quote from The Ashley Family's favorite holiday movie…

"We're gonna have the hap, hap, happiest Christmas since Bing Crosby tap-danced with Danny fucking Kaye. And when Santa squeezes his fat white ass down that chimney tonight, he's gonna find the jolliest bunch of assholes this side of the nuthouse."

Clark Griswold (Chevy Chase), National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
