• 01: Stop Overthinking: You Are Not Every Thought in Your Mind
    2026/10/20

Have you ever had one thought turn into 20 different thoughts?

Do you keep asking everyone (even ChatGPT!) what they think, hoping one more answer will finally make you feel okay?

Are you exhausted from everything happening in your mind, even though nothing actually happened?

In this episode, I'm sharing how overthinking can steal our peace and affect our walk with God, so you can stop believing every thought that comes into your mind and start taking it back to Him. I'm being honest about the ways I still do this, like asking everybody for their opinion and wanting God to give me the whole plan before I take the first step. We'll look at what 2 Corinthians 10:5 says about taking our thoughts captive, and what Philippians 4:6–7 says about the peace of God guarding our hearts and minds. Then I'm giving you one simple thing I'm learning to do when my mind starts going everywhere: catch one thought, ask "Is this actually true?", and take it back to Scripture. If you're new in your faith and tired of the noise in your head, this one is for you. You are not every thought that goes through your mind.

  • 03: Living in the Future? How to Do the Work and Trust God with the Rest
    2026/10/19

Have you ever done what you needed to do, but your mind just keeps going?

Are you trying to figure out a situation you aren't even in yet?

Do you love Jesus and want to trust Him, but still feel overwhelmed about what comes next?

In this episode, I'm sharing what happens when we start living in the future instead of the present, so you can do what's in front of you and trust God with what you can't control. I'm launching a business right now, and a friend recently told me I was living in the future. In the middle of my overthinking, I had to ask myself, "Wait, am I trusting God or am I trusting the strategy?" We'll talk about how having a plan and trusting God can happen together, the difference between preparing and mentally living through everything that might go wrong, and what Jesus says about tomorrow in Matthew 6:34. We'll also look at Philippians 4:6–7, and I'll walk you through a simple prayer you can pray when your mind keeps running ahead. Whether you're waiting on a response, making a decision for your family, or trying something new, you can come to Jesus right where you are.

  • 02: Who Told You That? Letting Go of Labels God Never Gave You
    2026/10/19

Do you keep saying things like "I'm inconsistent," "I'm not capable," or "I always mess things up" without ever asking where that came from?

Has one comment from someone sent your mind straight to "something must be wrong with me"?

Are you still carrying words someone said to you years ago, even though they might not even remember saying them?

In this episode, I'm sharing how to recognize when someone's words became a label God never gave you, so you can stop wearing it and start agreeing with what He says is true about you. I'm telling you about a recent moment when one simple comment had me questioning whether I even know how to communicate, and what it taught me about the tags I've been carrying. We'll talk about the difference between "I'm struggling with this" and "this is who I am," and why we have to be careful about giving another person the authority to name us. We'll look at 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Ephesians 2:10, and I'll share the simple, honest prayers I'm learning to bring to Jesus when a lie shows up. Your one step this week: one tag, one truth.
