    We are BACK! We get into it today!


    Getting grounded


    How to stand on a firm foundation when we are getting to our goals


    Phase 1,2 and 3


    Phase 1- Excitement. You are ready to go! You are excited about your new goal. Sometimes in this phase we over do it. So much passion in this phase.


    Phase 2-Second guessing. You start to doubt yourself. You are very vulnerable in this phase. We need to become aware here and remember that we can adjust our patterns, tweak how we get to the end goal. DON’T give up here! This phase tells you what you need and you can adjust accordingly. Practice becoming AWARE of what phase you are in.


    Phase 3-I made it! This phase is always there for us to get to! You can do ANYTHING you put your heart in and set your mind to. When we get here it is a beautiful thing because we prove to ourselves that we CAN do something. We prove to ourselves that we CAN keep those promises we made to ourselves.


    Standing on a firm foundation-


    Be aware of what phase you are in. Support yourself through it. Maybe you need to adjust how you get to where you want to go. Talk to yourselves as you are your best friend because you ARE.


    I am always standing in your corner. You do not need to compare yourself to anyone. YOU are on your own perfect journey.

    Are you creating goals that you ACTUALLY want to get to?

    In this week's episode I want to shift your perspective on New Year resolutions. I want you to find goals that are true to you. How do you do that? Last episode I shared the journal entry to uncover what you really want;

    What do you want MORE of in 2025?

    What do you want LESS of in 2025?

    After you take the time to journal this out, you are left with a clearer picture of what you really want! This is where we find goals that excite us and are customized to us. When we get excited and authentic to who we are around our goals, we are more likely to achieve them.

    Stop being average, you are unique and perfectly YOU, and your goals can be perfectly you too.

  • 17. So GOOD to be back! Get CLEAR on what you want out of the New Year

    Are you clear on what you want in this crisp new year? Like a map, It is hard to know where you are going if you don’t know where you are starting.


    Reunited and it feels so good-Cue the music! I am so happy to be back with you.This week’s episode is short and sweet. We talk about practicing giving ourselves a break to get clear on what we really want out of this next NEW year! It is a chance to do things differently. It is not written in stone that you have to be doing things the same way you always have, you can change and do things you WANT to do, how you WANT to do them, at any given time. What a gift!


    I give you two amazing journal entries in this episode, they have helped me get clear on many different things in my life. When you do these and give yourself the time, you will have a clearer picture of WHERE to start and HOW you want to set up your New Year!

    Give yourself 5 minutes for each entry, pen to paper, let your heart guide you and don’t stop! Listen to your favorite songs and let there be ZERO judgment (DREAM girl DREAM) to what you are writing down. This is for YOU and your beautiful life.

  • 15. 3 Things to do when you feel STRESSed and unsteady

    Stress is something that we will all have, there is no way to avoid it BUT what we can do, is learn to flow through it. I have been needing to support myself and really lean into the tools I have learned to feel better and get back on track. Learning to support ourselves through the ups and downs of everything in life is key.


    In this episode there are more tools for your tool belt so you feel LOCKED AND LOADED. I discuss the formula I use when I need to take back my power over my life and get back on track!

  • 14. FLEXing that belief muscle
    2023/06/27

    FLEXing and practicing gets you to the finish line and makes things come naturally.

    You can create a new path anytime you want to.


    Have you ever told yourself these things;


    I can’t to do that

    I don’t have time for that

    I don’t finish things

    That would be nice but I CAN’T


    STOP telling yourself stories. These are all stories that we tell ourselves.


    Everyday is a practice, are you setting yourself up for success or sabotage?


    Think about it as you are building muscle. Create PROOF that you CAN change and you CAN do the thing you want to do! The more you do it the more confidence is built and the more you start to teach your brain that you WILL get it done, you CAN implement new things.


    FLEX THAT MUSCLE GIRL and DON’T give up. I promise the more you practice the more you stick to the life that you deserve. We all deserve good things and CAN and WILL create the life that we want.
