Everyday is a practice, are you setting yourself up for success or sabotage?
Think about it as you are building muscle. Create PROOF that you CAN change and you CAN do the thing you want to do! The more you do it the more confidence is built and the more you start to teach your brain that you WILL get it done, you CAN implement new things.
