  • 29. You Are Perfect: The Foundation of True Self-Love

    I learned something essential about myself and how I do business, and I share this insight with you in this episode.

    Many times, we think that we can’t do things the “right” way, or that we should be different in some way, shape, or form. I felt in this trap, too. But I am so glad I “woke up” and noticed what I was doing.

    I am also sharing here the main foundation of everything I teach and believe. If you've ever felt like you're not enough, like you should be more disciplined, better, different—this is for you.

    Not in the robotic, flawless way we imagine, but in the real, human, soulful way.
