    Tell, Show, Do_ Episode 05

This episode is Sunshine & Rainbows as we discuss a WORKPLACE WIN!!! This was a great company with a great training plan that changed my life. This might be my nerd origin story!

Tell, Show, Do is an exceptional core instructional model and communication strategy. The framework simplifies knowledge, tasks, skills, rules and applies them in simple ways to generate a consistent outcome. Using Tell Show Do the company builds foundational skills, confidence and experience used for employees to crawl, walk, run and lead.

Complexity does not scale, it collapses.

The episode mentioned some neuroscientific, behavioral psychology and organizational research topics for you to explore and perhaps try yourself.

    Thanks!

  • Drive Thru Poo Poo _ Episode 03
    2026/08/13

Episode 3: Drive Thru Poo Poo contains potentially triggering language and "yuckie" concepts involving blood, sewage and lack or personal hygiene.

This may go down as the most disgusting episode in the series, but it is necessary we discuss all parts of life, even the hard yuckie ones.

    A Thief is Brewin' _ Episode 02

This episode discusses my first job, entering the workforce at age 14/15 and how I handled a confrontational situation.

Please let me know your answers to the questions asked, and let me know if this or something similar has happened to you!

    Q) Do you think a tip handed directly to an employee (non management) should go to that employee and not be mixed into the shift tip pool? A tip that is handed directly to a person, a tip that bypassed the tip cup.

    Q) Do you think the assistant manager has done this before? IF yes, how many times.

    Q) Do you think the manager and others know of her behavior? Why do you think her behaviors were allowed to persist?

    Q) Villain, Entitled, something else? (referring to the assistant manager)

    Q) What would you have done, if you were 15year old me?

    Q) Should "That Ginger" come back and tell some of his "troubled" youth employment stories and how he overcame that life? (He really did, he is a lovely person as an adult)

    Thank you,
