Zach Bryan getting arrested, a wild Tik Tok video explaining how the words "well, well, well" are apparently racist now, and advice on working out. Enjoy. Might be starting a new pod you'll hear the deets in this episode at the end. Thanks bro's - trust the process. It'll get better as we get back into the flow
