High friends!

This week is a super fun episode I am so excited to share with you all! I have Thomi and Cole on the pod and we all hang out and chat about this crazy heat wave that has been rolling through Canada. Following with how our friendship started and all the memories the three of us have together. Then we get into our second segment which is our very first game show segment; Thomi takes over the mic and hosts while Cole and I play against each other. We are playing a spin off of the board game “Wits & Wagers” and are calling it “Numbs & Dumbs” we have so much fun playing, there is lots and lots of laughs along with face palming moments lol who do you think wins? This weeks episode is a very special one, because joining me on the pod is my momma bear! We start off this episode by talking about my mom's childhood, family and growing up in Saskatoon. We then jump into her becoming a teen mom and all the struggles and hard selfless decisions her and my dad had to make to become parents at a young age. We talk about how being a teen parent makes you grow up very quickly, all the responsibility and everything else that comes with it. This weeks episode Cole joins me once again to hang out and catch up with you all on what’s been happening in his life behind the scenes and our life. It’s been a pretty eventful last couple weeks and entering May and it being Mental Health Awareness Month we wanted to touch on breaking the stigma and reminding every one it’s okay to not be okay and how important it is to encourage talking about mental health and continue normalizing it.
