High friends!

This weeks episode Cole joins me once again to hang out and catch up with you all on what’s been happening in his life behind the scenes and our life. It’s been a pretty eventful last couple weeks and entering May and it being Mental Health Awareness Month we wanted to touch on breaking the stigma and reminding every one it’s okay to not be okay and how important it is to encourage talking about mental health and continue normalizing it. We also get into some personal life updates within our home and then dive into questions and confessions once again! We take a little trip down memory lane, we get a little serious and we also have some laughs. We are enjoying hearing from you all so please continue sending in questions and confessions!
