From the moment a franchisee makes the decision to sign a franchise agreement with Right at Home, they are assigned a RightStart coach. As a coach, Stacey guides new owners through the process of hiring their first employee, locating an office space, and launching marketing efforts.

    Stacey works to answer questions and connect owners with resources when she doesn't have the solution. From regulations and licensure requirements in their state, to training new hires, Stacey is there to assist.

    Once a franchisee officially opens their office and starts to accept clients, they graduate from the RightStart program and are assigned a Business Performance Coach.

    Stacey plays an essential role in helping new owners feel comfortable and adjust to operating their own business.
