  • discernment when receiving advice- how to filter the opinions of others and build self trust
    2025/07/31

hi all! today's episode is part of my larger effort to provide short mindset tips more often on the pod!

today I chat about how to go about asking for/receiving advice from people. it's important to consider the perspective others are coming to you with when they give you advice. not all advice will be helpful for you and polling more people won't necessarily help you make better decisions.

  • feeling good enough
    2025/03/13

Hi all! Today I am speaking about the idea of being "good enough" and what happens when we don't feel that way. I know for me I have experienced that feeling in sports, my creative endeavors, and basically every area of life. It's a normal thing but it doesn't get talked about much!

I hope this episode helps you think about yourself and your worth differently. We are all far more than our accomplishments- measuring ourselves only based on them takes away so much from who we are as PEOPLE! Who you are as a person is so much more important than any pursuit- but it's awesome to do things you're passionate about too. Cheers to finding the balance in 2025!

She graduated from Boston College in 2023 with a degree in Communications and Marketing.
