  • How dating nearly broke Nicole and brought her to her knees emotionally
    2026/02/12

    During this episode, Nicole discusses:

    • Why online dating can be emotionally dangerous for women who haven’t healed yet
    • How dating nearly broke her and brought her to her knees emotionally
    • The hidden reality of dating apps, including “Are We Dating the Same Guy?” groups and repeated patterns of deception
    • Why women deserve education and preparation before entering the dating world
    • How blackouts, numbness, and overexposure can be signs of deep emotional pain
    • Why “My Body Is Sacred” is not a slogan, but a boundary and a way of life
    • The danger of trying to use dating to fill emotional wounds
    • Why settling, lowering standards, and leading with pain always leads to self-abandonment

    Preview:

    • Hear Nicole’s raw truth about how dating culture almost destroyed her sense of self
    • Learn why healing must come before dating, not during it
    • Discover how emotional pain can quietly turn into numbness and dissociation
    • Understand why your body is not a tool for validation or survival
    • Be reminded that education, boundaries, and self-respect are forms of protection
    • Receive permission to slow down and choose yourself first

    Episode Description:

Imagine if women were given a “dating boot camp” before ever stepping into the dating world.

A place where we were taught the red flags.

The texts that sound good but mean nothing.

    The patterns that repeat.

The behaviors that slowly erode our self-worth.

In this deeply vulnerable solo episode, Nicole shares how online dating nearly broke her emotionally and spiritually. She opens up about the pain, anxiety, and stress that led her into blackout behaviors and emotional numbness, and how dating became a way of coping instead of connecting.

She talks about discovering the hidden side of online dating, including women’s safety groups that expose repeated patterns of dishonesty, manipulation, and emotional unavailability. What shocked her most was realizing how many of the same men, with the same behaviors, were still showing up years later with different women.

This episode is a warning, a mirror, and a call to self-respect.

If you are newly out of a relationship, feeling unhealed, or looking for dating to fill an emotional void, this conversation is your invitation to pause. To protect your heart. To honor your body. And to remember that your worth does not come from being chosen.

    Your body is sacred.

    Your heart deserves safety.

And love should never require you to abandon yourself.

    Closing Sign-Off:

Thank you for tuning in to Fit to Love Conversations.

  • Helping Women Regulate Their Nervous Systems During Hard Conversations with Guest Jeanine Tripodi
    2026/01/08

In this episode, I sit down with Emotional Reactivity Strategist and Divorce Composure Coach, Jeanine Tripodi, to talk about one of the most emotional and destabilizing experiences a woman can walk through — divorce.

During this episode, Nicole and Jeanine discuss:
Why high-stress seasons — especially divorce — can activate emotional reactivity and nervous system overwhelm
How composure impacts court, mediation, and difficult conversations when credibility and clarity really matter
What’s actually happening internally when women “lose it” under pressure — even when they’re self-aware
How subconscious patterning and past relationships shape our reactions
Practical tools to stay steady, grounded, and self-led through divorce
The value of support and coaching during divorce — and how regulation protects your well-being and your future

Jeanine helps women regulate their nervous systems in the moment during mediation, court, and hard conversations — so they can stay composed, clear, grounded, and credible when it matters most.

We talk about why emotionally intelligent women still lose composure under pressure, how our subconscious programming shows up in high-stakes moments, and how learning to regulate internally can completely change the direction — and emotional toll — of the divorce process.

I also share my own reflections on how powerful this kind of support can be for women — because so many of the divorces I see drag on for years and take such a deep emotional toll. Jeanine’s work brings steadiness, self-respect, and clarity back into the process — and I have so much admiration for the way she serves women during such a vulnerable chapter.

If you’re navigating divorce, or supporting someone who is — this conversation offers both compassion and grounded tools to help you stay centered in yourself.

    Guest Bio — Jeanine Tripodi
Jeanine Tripodi is an Emotional Reactivity Consultant known as The Divorce Composure Coach. With more than fifteen years of experience in subconscious reprogramming, she helps people stay steady in high-stakes moments — including divorce, court, mediation, and emotionally charged conversations where clarity and credibility matter.
After leaving a twenty-year unhealthy marriage and raising four children, Jeanine understands firsthand that composure creates credibility — and credibility leads to better outcomes for you and your family.
Her Composure Codes programs blend psychology, subconscious patterning, and intuitive insight, helping clients regulate in real time, think clearly under pressure, and hold their ground when it counts most.

In this episode, I sit down with Marriage & Relationship Coach, Lisa Kneller, to talk about what it really takes to create — and sustain — a loving, connected marriage in midlife and beyond.

Lisa shares how doing the inner work of self-love and awareness becomes the foundation for emotional intimacy, meaningful communication, and long-term partnership. We explore acceptance, releasing unrealistic expectations, leading with compassion, and bringing lightness and play back into your relationship.

If you’re longing for a marriage that feels more grounded, soulful, and emotionally safe — this conversation will speak to your heart.

During this episode, Nicole and Sybil discuss:

    1. Overcoming the Fear of Being Seen — why so many women entrepreneurs avoid capturing content, even when they deeply want to grow.
    2. Content Ready for Everyone — how her sessions create a non-intimidating environment for women to record footage that reflects who they are, not pressure.
    3. The Confidence Spark That Happens in Community — how supportive, like-minded women elevate the experience, making business and content creation more fun and more impactful.
    4. From Content Capture to Clarity — the exact system she uses: film in the morning, and confidently build strategy around it in the afternoon.
    5. The Added Value of Showing Up Together — the built-in social media momentum, collaboration, support, and connections that follow the process.

    Episode Listener Preview

In this episode, listeners will hear:

    • How entrepreneurs can show up even when they’re camera shy

    • Why capturing footage is the missing link for many female business owners

    • The mindset shift that happens when we drop perfection pressure

    • And how community transforms visibility into something exciting, uplifting, and sustainable

    Guest Bio

Sybil Imel is a confidence coach who specializes in helping female business owners show up with intention online. Through her one-day, momentum-driven Content Ready Sessions, Sybil creates space for entrepreneurs to capture genuine, confidence-fueled footage — even when they’re camera shy or unsure where to start.

Her belief is that content creation doesn’t have to feel forced or perfect — it just needs to feel authentic, strategic, and empowering. A big part of her work includes guiding entrepreneurs on exactly what to do with their content after it’s captured, removing the overwhelm and replacing it with clarity.

Sybil also speaks passionately about community-based content creation — how collaborating, filming, and posting together feels like being part of a supportive girl group. Her clients leave not only with powerful footage, but new friendships, connections, social media support, and renewed excitement about finally stepping into their visibility.
