Are you struggling with grief, depression, anxiety or substance abuse? Or what about another diagnosed, or undiagnosed mental health disorder? If so, you’re far from alone. Psychiatrist Dr. Stephen Taylor and Martha Mather of UofL Health – Peace Hospital are making it their mission to break down the stigma of mental illness by having an open conversation about difficult mental health issues that haunt thousands of people every day. In a very relatable way, Dr. Taylor and Martha share their personal experiences with some of life’s most challenging emotions and offer advice on how to cope with them and grow from them. They also offer advice on how to identify what you are going through and ways to get help.

Remember, help is out there. If you, or someone you know is having suicidal thoughts call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK. You can also reach out to UofL Health - Peace Hospital’s Assessment and Referral Center, 502-451-3333.
