  • It’s Time to Prioritize Your Evolution
    2026/08/04

    What if you stayed stuck?

What if you continued repeating the familiar patterns you no longer want?

In this episode, Elle examines some of the most common concerns that postpone investing in yourself: “I don’t have the time, money, or energy.” Drawing from her own journey through grief, overwhelm, health challenges, and strained relationships, she shares the powerful realization that continuing without change comes with its own cost.

Elle explores how investing in yourself is not selfish—it can be an act of self-respect and transformation. Whether that investment is in coaching, education, or a supportive community, receiving support can strengthen your health, relationships, self-trust, and ability to make clearer, more aligned decisions. This episode invites you to shift your perspective, examine what is keeping you in familiar patterns, and make conscious choices that support the life and results you want to create.

When It Is Time to Choose Support

    • Examine when fear may be keeping you in a familiar pattern.
    • Investing in yourself can be an act of self-respect, not selfishness.
    • Choose a next step that honors your capacity.
    • Make choices from your inner authority rather than external expectations.

Your evolution may change your relationships and how others interact with you. This invites openness to feedback without automatically returning to familiar expectations just to preserve someone else’s comfort. By making conscious choices from their inner authority, listeners can honor their own evolution. This process may naturally influence others as well.

  • What Is It Costing You to Keep Carrying It Alone?
    2026/08/04

In this episode of Evolving With Elle, Elle explores what happens when we stop abandoning ourselves and begin making choices that truly honor who we are. Through honest reflections on parenting, co-parenting, career, entrepreneurship, and personal growth, she shares how strengthening the relationship with yourself creates healthier, more authentic relationships with everyone around you.

Elle also reinforces her Expect and See Framework—the Mirror, the Map, and the Method—a practical approach to reflecting on your life, embracing feedback with intention, and choosing a path that aligns with your values. If you've been carrying too much, second-guessing yourself, or feeling overwhelmed by life's many roles, this episode will encourage you to trust the process, take intentional steps forward, and remember that your evolution is ongoing—and you don't have to do it alone.

    The Shift Beneath the Words:

    • Strong relationships begin with your relationship with yourself
    • Personal growth is an ongoing journey, not a destination.
    • You always have the power to choose
    • Growth often happens through small, intentional steps.

Elle encourages listeners to embrace discomfort and step into the unknown, reminding them that transformation doesn't require giant leaps. Sometimes meaningful change comes through "micro steps" taken consistently while trusting the process and allowing yourself to evolve.

  • What You Carry - and Who You Choose to Be: Introducing Expect and See™
    2026/08/04

In this episode of Evolving with Elle, Elle introduces her Expect and See™ strategic framework—a practical approach that supports capable women in separating chosen responsibilities from rigid expectations and moving beyond overwhelm, second-guessing, and predictability into greater authority and possibility.

She explains the Mirror, Map, and Method, showing how honest reflection, trusted perspectives, and strategic experimentation can help women examine what they carry, honor their values, and make aligned choices from their Core. Evolution does not require perfection or giant leaps; it can begin with micro steps and the collaborative support of a community evolving together.

What Expect and See™ Makes Possible

    • Growth begins with strengthening your relationship with yourself.
    • Personal evolution is ongoing—progress matters more than perfection.
    • The Expect and See framework helps women move from certainty and predictability toward possibility and intentional creation.
    • Self-awareness grows through both personal reflection and trusted external feedback.
    • There is no single path to transformation; every woman chooses the method that works for her.
    • Meaningful change can happen through both major breakthroughs and small, consistent micro steps.

Elle emphasizes that personal evolution isn't meant to happen in isolation. Through coaching, workshops, and community, women can support one another as they take both bold leaps and small "micro steps" toward lasting transformation.

  • Disrupted for Good: Changes That Led to My Evolution
    2026/08/04
In the debut episode of Evolving with Elle, Elle Jaye shares how her personal evolution began—not by making divorce, grief, or other difficult events the center of her story, but by examining what those disruptions revealed. As an employee, business owner, wife, mother, co-parent, friend, and sibling, Elle had learned to manage life through the responsibilities and expectations attached to each role, by abandoning the person behind those roles. Many of those ways of being were familiar, praised, and rewarded. Yet she had not paused to examine whether they reflected conscious choices or aligned with her Core—the open, powerful, and free woman at the heart of who she is.When Elle’s children reflected how they were experiencing her in the role of mother, that painful moment became a mirror. Rather than allowing the pain to define the experience, she began to lean in, learn, and level up. She leaned into what was uncomfortable, learned what the disruption was revealing, and used those lessons to support her growth, maturity, transformation, and evolution. This process required Elle to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. She began releasing her reliance on certainty and predictability and stepping beyond the familiar box that had confined her. The uncertain and unknown became more than something to fear; they became spaces of possibility.Community was also essential to Elle’s evolution. Just as a water bottle cannot read its own label, Elle needed safe relationships that could reflect what she could not see alone. Through education, counseling, coaching, shared experiences, new perspectives, celebration, and connection without judgment or criticism, she was given room to unfold, expand, and recognize who she had always been. This episode invites capable women to examine the responsibilities and expectations attached to the roles they occupy, recognize where familiar patterns may be operating on autopilot, and remember that they have choices. They do not have to abandon themselves in pursuit of outcomes dictated by rigid rules. They can choose a path that honors their capacity and aligns with their core. What the Disruptions Revealed:Life’s disruptions become the catalyst for transformation.Roles can carry expectations you never paused to examine.Explore how you want to be treated.Evolution is personal, but it does not have to be solitary.Choose harmony over balance; different areas of life can take the lead at different times.Elle introduces harmony from your heart as an alternative to the rigid expectations of achieving results or work-life balance. Like an orchestra, different areas of life may take the lead at different times while remaining part of a larger whole. This philosophy forms part of her Expect and See™ framework.About the Host: Elle Jaye is a professional woman, speaker, facilitator, entrepreneur, and host of “Evolving with Elle: When Capable Women Carry Too Much”.
