Theme: Forgiveness Is For You
Scripture: Matthew 18:21-35
Series: Unexpected Truths
Pastor Caleb King

ABOUT THIS MESSAGE:
Sometimes what Jesus says can rile up our emotions. It’s easy to scoff at a man who had so much debt forgiven but was unwilling to forgive so little. But Jesus’ words are meant to make us recognize ourselves in the unmerciful man. If we want to judge others while withholding forgiveness, God can certainly do the same for us. Instead, God calls us to wrap our hearts around what our head already knows: God’s boundless, free, and loving forgiveness based on the sacrifice of Jesus. As a group of forgiven sinners, our prayer is that we would forgive just as God has forgiven us.

Theme: The King Provides
Scripture: Matthew 22:1-14
Series: Unexpected Truths
Pastor Caleb King

ABOUT THIS MESSAGE:
From the very beginning of God’s story with mankind until its very end, the narrative is about God calling his children to come to him, participate in the blessings of his kingdom, and fellowship with him. Today his invitation to participate in his blessings calls us to the end-time wedding banquet God had prophesied about to his people. And this call goes out to all people without distinction! It is a call that is by faith from first to last, and it is an invitation to enjoy all of the blessings of our God that will come when he restores the world to the perfection with which he made it. Everything you need for the feast, the King provides.

Theme: God's Kingdom Runs on Grace
Scripture: Matthew 20:1-16
Series: Unexpected Truths
Pastor Kyle Lindemann

ABOUT THIS MESSAGE:
Have you ever asked the question, “Is God fair?” You probably have asked it before without even realizing it. Or maybe you have asked it and have come to your own conclusion. The simple answer from God’s Word to the question is “No. He’s not.” God does not give us what we deserve, and that’s called mercy. In fact, God gives us what we do not deserve, and that’s called grace. It’s not from ourselves; it is simply a gift from God to us. Our relationship with God is based solely on grace, which he lavishes upon us in unexpected abundance. Our God is inconceivably gracious, and it is truly amazing!
