What prompted Shelly to explore the medicinal value of marijuana? Six years ago, Shelly was diagnosed with Lyme disease and Fibromyalgia. No one could really tell her how to manage the pain, fatigue, brain fog, and all the other life-altering symptoms without prescribing more pills. At that time, she talked her Rheumatologist into writing a prescription to get a Medical Cannabis card, and began experimenting with CBD and THC to manage her pain. She quickly found that it also helped with the brain fog and lack of focus that plagued her. That started her journey to begin learning everything she could about cannabis and resulted in getting a certificate in Cannabis Coaching, through the Natural Wellness Academy, so she could help others.

Shelly's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Masters in Counseling.

Her hope is that she can continue to learn all of the amazing things that plants can do to solve our most frustrating and life-altering issues, and share it with the world.
