This conversation unpacks the cultural and historical roots of emotional suppression, offering practical guidance for raising emotionally intelligent sons and creating healthier relationship dynamics.

Following his own mental health journey through therapy, he founded Can I Be Vulnerable (CIBV), a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking the stigma around mental health in the Black community, particularly among Black men.
