Patience has been defined as we lack for the driver in front of us and demand for the driver behind us. In truth, patience is nothing but more than time. Time before we say something. Think of the time when someone was not patient with you and when you needed them to be. Think of how you felt. Think of how deeply you might have been hurt."

    "The hot water relaxes your muscles, and the break from the more stressful activities helps you too. Number two is play relaxing music. Experiment to see which music relaxes you the most effectively. Then keep your favorite relaxation CD at the office or whenever you need it most. Number three is go somewhere else. This really helps you. If things are stressing you out in the room or associated with it, why not try to get out for a little while? Number four is have a cup of tea."

    "The thing is, it's easier to find excuses for why you should keep something and delay making a decision rather than making a firm and sometimes difficult choice to say goodbye to your stuff. Here are my favorite excuses. Number one, I might need it someday. Yes, you might. But the thing is, most of the items we keep can easily be found or replaced within a day or two."
