At the heart of this ep is what it means to back yourself when you don't have any evidence yet, whether it's your business or your body.

Sometimes we need to borrow belief from someone else, which is why having a coach is often so bloody life-changing.

If you've ever said to yourself: “I’m just not that kind of person” listen in!

Becasue me! I HAVE! I have never been a gym person. Never understood how to properly take care of my body (without falling into some weird restriction/ permission cycle). Never understood that exercise could actually be fun, never mind something I would look forward to.

But here we are. And the woman I have to thank is my coach, Sarah Knight.

What if doubling your coaching revenue didn’t require more followers, more sales calls, another offer or squeezing more clients into your already-full week?

Most coaches default to six sessions or three months without ever really questioning why. Beneath that arbitrary ending are often some very human doubts: What if I run out of tools? What if the client stops getting value? What if I can’t justify asking them to stay?
