Self-belief Coaching Academy is ENROLLING NOW!
How do you know if you’re a good coach? Especially when so much of coaching happens behind closed doors, and your own self-doubt isn’t always the most reliable narrator.
For many coaches, there’s a strange gap between deeply valuing reflection and feedback, and at the same time feeling a bit exposed by the prospect of looking too closely at our client work.
In this episode, I’m joined by SBCA Head Support Coach Scott Robson, to explore what actually helps us become better practitioners.
We talk about the protective patterns we bring into the coaching room, learning to tolerate uncertainty without rushing to rescue or resolve, and why excellent coaching is less about being perfect and more about staying present.
We also share the new evidence-based assessment approach inside Self-Belief Coaching Academy: a way of examining real coaching conversations that turns assessment into part of your development, rather than a final verdict on whether you’re good enough.
If you want to find out more about SBCA: check out your invitation!
