Alors que je me sentais submergée dans un environnement trop stimulant, j’ai fait un choix différent :

ne plus me suradapter, mais m’écouter.

But we talk much less about the uncertainty, the nervous system dysregulation, the moments when everything feels like it’s shifting inside.

• It’s in the unknown that the most beautiful encounters are born, the synchronicities, and the versions of yourself you haven’t met yet.

Together, we’re going to explore:

✨ what’s really happening beneath your resistance
✨ the parallel between traveling, building a business, and receiving support
✨ why waiting to feel “ready” can keep you stuck longer than you think
✨ and most importantly… how to move through these phases with more softness, safety, and awareness

I also share how, through my own journey, I learned to create stability within myself… while still continuing to explore.

❤️‍🔥 Dans cet épisode, je t’emmène avec moi au cœur de mon expérience du voyage, de la vie nomade et de l’entrepreneuriat… pour te parler d’un sujet qu’on évite souvent : l’inconnu

Parce qu’on voit la liberté, les paysages, les rencontres…
Mais on parle beaucoup moins de l’incertitude, du dérèglement du système nerveux, des moments où tout bouge à l’intérieur.

Et pourtant…

• C’est dans ces espaces-là que tout se transforme.

• C’est dans l’inconnu que naissent les plus belles rencontres, les synchronicités, et les versions de toi que tu n’as pas encore rencontrées

On va explorer ensemble :

• pourquoi l’inconnu fait autant peur

• ce qui se joue vraiment derrière ta résistance

• le parallèle entre voyager, entreprendre et se faire accompagner

• pourquoi attendre d’être “prête” peut te bloquer plus longtemps que tu ne le penses

• et surtout… comment traverser ces phases avec plus de douceur, de sécurité et de conscience

Je te partage aussi comment, dans mon propre voyage, j’ai appris à créer de la stabilité à l’intérieur…

tout en continuant à explorer.

Et pourquoi, selon moi, tu n’as pas à traverser ces passages seule.
