As Kelly transformed her own health and lost weight (she has kept it off for over six years and counting) after a lifetime of dieting and losing and gaining weight, she began offering peer support to others wanting to make this change, via one-on-one coaching and more recently, with very successful small group interventions. By sharing information on nutrition and explaining how important our food choices are to our overall health and well-being, as well as guiding her clients with practical tools to shift mindsets and create their own vision for their futures, Kelly has helped her clients bring their lives into alignment while improving their health.

She is known across social media platforms for sharing the real, delicious food that she has enjoyed on her own wellness journey, accessible to all. Her recently published book “Keto the Jamaican Way” is another resource she developed to help others navigate their journey to wellness.

Married with three children, Kelly is committed to the philosophy of Levity right here in Jamaica by being a vocal advocate for good stewardship of the environment while enjoying the natural diversity of our island with her family.
