  • Holiday Self-Care #5: Coach Me to Love My Evolving Body
    2025/12/19

🎄 Holiday Special: Coach Me to Love My Evolving Body

Have you ever caught your reflection during the holidays and thought, who even is she?

As part of our 7 Days of Christmas: Pre-Holiday Self-Care Series, we’re revisiting this deeply compassionate episode on learning to love your evolving body — because December has a way of putting bodies under a microscope. Photos, mirrors, family gatherings, old comparisons, and the quiet pressure to look a certain way can all make us feel out of sync with ourselves.

This conversation isn’t about loving every inch every day. It’s about respect, partnership, and kindness — especially in seasons of change.

    Highlights:

🤍 The mindset shift that makes you kinder to your reflection

💪 Why “strong” beats “thin” — and how to model that for our kids

🪞 How external stress shows up on our faces and bodies

🎯 The spotlight effect and why we overestimate how much others notice

🛠️ A 3-minute daily tool to reset your inner voice

Holiday Reminder: If your body doesn’t feel like it matches your life right now, you’re not behind — you’re becoming.

  • Holiday Self-Care #3: Coach Me To Catch My Inner Critic (Gremlin Hunting)
    2025/12/17

🎄 Holiday Special: Coach Me to Catch My Inner Critic (Gremlin Hunting)

The holidays have a way of turning up the volume on our inner critic.

Suddenly the voice is louder than usual: You should be doing more. You’re behind. You’re not enough.

As part of our 7 Days of Christmas: Pre-Holiday Self-Care Series, we’re revisiting one of our most powerful episodes on inner critics — or what we call “gremlins.” Because this season doesn’t just bring joy and connection — it also brings comparison, pressure, and old stories we didn’t consciously choose, but still carry.

    In this episode, we cover:

🧠 What gremlins are and how they quietly influence your decisions

🔍 How to spot the patterns and triggers that activate your inner critic

🎧 A live coaching conversation unpacking Cathy’s gremlin in real time

🛠️ Practical steps to reframe, quiet, and even befriend your gremlin

Whether your gremlin sounds like a drill sergeant, a perfectionist whispering “not enough,” or a fearful voice keeping you small, this episode will help you see it clearly — and step back into the driver’s seat of your own life.

Holiday Self-Care Reminder: Not every thought deserves your belief — especially in December. Awareness is the first act of kindness you can offer yourself.

This one’s for the overthinkers, the overdoers, and the women who carry way too much — especially at this time of year.

As part of our 7 Days of Christmas: Pre-Holiday Self-Care Series, we’re revisiting one of our most-listened-to episodes on overwhelm — because December has a way of piling everything on at once. End-of-year deadlines. Family expectations. Emotional labour. And the quiet pressure to “just get through it.”

    In this episode:

💥 Why ambitious women normalize overwhelm

💡 The moment we realized we were doing too much

🙋‍♀️ Listener Q: How do I set boundaries without looking lazy?

🧠 A quote that shifted our perspective on rest

  • Coach Me to Reflect, Reset & Reignite [Season Finale]
    2025/11/19

In our season finale of Coach Me, we’re slowing down to look back, celebrate the messy magic of growth, and get intentional about what comes next. From the lessons that shaped us this year to the tools that help you build a future you’re proud of, this episode is your invitation to pause, reflect, and reset before stepping into a new chapter with purpose.

Whether this year felt like a breakthrough or a breakdown, you made it here — and that matters. Now let’s get you ready for what’s next.

    Episode Highlights

    • What this season taught us as coaches, women, and friends
    • Our honest reflections: the messy middle, the surprises, the lessons
    • Why small steps + self-awareness = big transformation
    • The Wheel of Life for end-of-year clarity
    • How to set goals that actually stick (not just New Year intentions)
    • A simple “next chapter” ritual you can start today

    Future-Self Visioning Prompt

Use this prompt to imagine your best future self, then reverse-engineer it into realistic, aligned milestones:

    1. Future You (6–12 months from now) Close your eyes and picture the version of you who already achieved the change you want. Ask yourself:

    • What does she feel like in her daily life?
    • What is she proud of?
    • How does she spend her time?
    • What habits, boundaries, or beliefs does she live by?
    • How does she speak about herself?

Write a paragraph describing her as if she already exists.

    2. Reverse-Engineer It Now ask:

    • What three things did she do consistently to become this version of herself?
    • What did she have to release?
    • What did she have to start saying “no” to?
    • What did she allow herself to say “yes” to?

Turn these into 3–5 micro milestones — small, doable actions that move you closer to her.

    3. Anchor It Choose one micro action you can take this week that your future self will thank you for.

That’s it. Your new chapter has already started.
