I’m your host, Bre Cain, and I’m here to help you unapologetically book out your business and your life. When I became a mom over six years ago, I thought that I had to choose between being a mom or having a career. I originally went back to my 9 to 5 and I lasted three months then I realized that my priorities had completely changed. So, I became a stay at home mom and it has been a roller coaster ride over reclaiming my sovereignty within motherhood, womanhood, and entrepreneurship. I truly believe that as moms, we can have it all; the booming business, being booked out with clients were obsessed with, being present during our time with our children, and having the ability to say yes to what lights us up and no to what doesn’t. I have built a six figure business in part time hours from home alongside my kids & I want to teach you how to do this too! I started my business as a virtual assistant to now helping women get paid & be unapologetic in motherhood. I am here to normalize 5-figure months & moms having it all. If you want to do that too, get ready for candid conversations on what motherhood and business look like when you decide to claim it all! • 84. The Secret Language of High-Value Clients: How to Attract Dream VA Gigs & Get Paid What You're Worth!
    2025/06/16
In this episode of Booked Out with Bre, I'm spilling the tea on how to attract and book high-value virtual assistant clients – the ones who truly value your expertise, don't haggle on rates, and become long-term partners! This is the pre-party to my upcoming 3-day program, 1% VA, and trust me, it's juicy! I'm sharing a recent "aha!" moment from my VA agency where multiple powerhouse clients, back-to-back, described the exact same qualities they look for in a VA. It's not just about tasks; it's about speaking their language – the language of outcomes, ROI, and strategic growth. Here’s what you’ll learn: The critical difference between "task language" (what most VAs use) and "outcome language" (what high-value clients actually want to hear). How to shift your mindset and own your expertise, even if you're new to the VA world. My "executive terminology" swaps: simple word changes that instantly elevate your perceived value (e.g., "optimize" instead of "organize"). The power of positioning: how to present yourself as a strategic partner, not just an order-taker. A 3-step messaging makeover framework to transform how you talk about your services and attract dream clients. Why vision painting and tapping into your clients' emotions is more effective than just listing tasks. A loving "love and shove" to upgrade your portfolio and services today. If you're tired of attracting clients who undervalue your work or are ready to step into your power as a 1% VA who commands premium rates, this episode is your permission slip to go bigger. Let's dive into the secret language of high-value clients! Episode Outline: Introduction: Welcome to Mom XVA & Redefining Motherhood (01:51) Bree's Story: Finding the VA Industry & Building a Booked-Out Business (02:40) The Inspiration for Today's Topic: What High-Value Agency Clients Really Want (05:36) The Pattern: Clients Seeking VAs Who Manage Up & Offer Strategic Insight (07:02) This Conversation is For YOU: The Self-Led, Ambitious VA (10:44) Task Language vs. Outcome Language: The Core Difference (11:44) Examples of Task Language (What to Avoid) (12:33) High-Value Clients Think in Terms of Outcomes: Revenue, Time Savings, Growth, ROI (13:35) Shifting Your Mindset: From What You Do to the Outcomes You Provide (14:22) Executive Terminology Swaps: Elevate Your Language (14:50) The 1% VA Difference: Bringing Strategy to Tasks (20:03) Positioning vs. Messaging: Understanding the Difference (21:41) Positioning: Who You Are & Your Strategic Place in the Market (21:50) Elevating Your Identity: You ARE the Thing (22:30) Positioning Examples: Level 1, Level 2, and Strategic Partner VAs (23:50) Strategic Partner Language: "Based on my analysis," "I recommend," "This will drive..."
