We explore different actions such as sitting, walking, going up and down the stairs, rolling in bed, and other functions that over time create pain and discomfort. We re-learn how to move with ease and grace no matter our age. The episodes range from 10 to 50 minutes and are based on the Feldenkrais® Method of Somatic Education, Martial Arts, Meditation, & Mindfulness.   • Wonderful Sleep: A 10-day Journey to Self Nurturing

    This easy-to-follow 10-day course is designed to support you in getting better sleep quality and understanding how what you do during the day affects your night.

    Each lesson has 2 parts: first is a description of the principles and practices, followed by an audio recording to play right before sleep, or if you wake up in the middle of the night.
