A short moment before you enter the room, say your truth, or hit send - or you let yourself be truly seen.

It can feel like a lot as old questions and worries may come. We might try to impress, explain, polish every edge or quietly disappear. But in here, there’s no need to explain, prove, or be a certain way.

Here, we practice being you.

You don’t need to become bigger.

You don’t need to make yourself smaller.

You belong – just as you are.

Being seen for who you are can bring relief. It can feel exciting. And, sometimes, it can feel like a lot.

You take a step forward. You say what you really want. You make something that matters real.

And then a part of you may want to step back.

To soften it. To hide it. To get out of the way before anyone has the chance to judge you.

But there is also another way.

You can stay.

The lighthouse does not change for the darkness. It does not say sorry for shining. It is here – it simply remains.

You don’t have to push your light forward.

You don’t need to become louder, brighter or different in any way.

Your light already knows what to do.

So let it shine.

Because, in the end, there really is no hiding the light.

This is a quick check in to sit by the fire when the future feels close and it feels like a lot.

But you don’t have to push, or to have all the answers. You don’t have to close the door on anything.
