For instance, podcasting has brought back law, long form interview, radio style. And then with the advent of digital books, everybody wanted to go to libraries and read physical books. And physical book sales have actually soared in the past few years."

    "Be skeptical of anyone who tells you that they have the universal key to success for any situation, especially life situations, business, marketing because things change, things are disrupted. There's a principle in psychology called the wishful seeing bias. And you may have experienced this. You're walking down the street, you're going to go into your favorite store, but about 10ft in front on the sidewalk, you see something that looks like a $20 bill and you race quickly to pick it up before anyone."

    "Have you ever noticed when you're waiting in line or have a few seconds of boredom that your reflex is to pick up and scroll? Real life used to be full of meditation, but it was called boredom. We sat in waiting rooms with nothing but outdated magazines. We drove with nothing but a radio and the view. We waited in line and just had to well, wait. We had no idea how essential those boring moments were until we no longer had them."
