If there is ONE question we must ask ourselvess to arrive home to oneself, that is the question of "what do I need to feel safe? in my body, and in my home?" This is not an easy topic to share and yet I felt it's so important to bring our attention to our safety. In the name of "helping others" and "being good citizens" we too often neglect our own needs, and at the core of it, it must be safety. Safety is home. When we keep asking our soul, our body, what we need to feel safe and offer our commitment to safety, we become our home.
