    Is Adrenal Fatigue Real? Whoa, this just seems like there is so much mis-information swirling around on this topic. We just want to bring this to peoples awareness. This is not an actual real diagnosis. It isn't something that can be completely controlled. This is simply a blanket term that defines the adrenal system as being overworked. You can have symptoms with this regardless if you have high cortisol production or low. And typically this is seen more so during peri menopause and beyond just due to the extra demands on the adrenal system as women lose estrogen.
    Again, this is a time in our lives to revamp our lifestyles, create more self-care, ask for more help, practice more stress management, focus on a good sleep routine, limit caffeine and be smarter about the use of alcohol.
