In the I LEAD series, I’ll be spotlighting my past clients - inspirational SOULFUL CEO’s to share why they lead, the story behind their movement and their embodiment as the Soulful CEO. In today’s episode I sit down with Alexandra, founder of Breathe Your Way, a past SOUL client who I worked with in January inside my 2-week Soulful CEO experience. After leaving her role as an architect, Alex started to find her inner calm through first being introduced to meditation and then the many “angels” along her path, ‘Breathe Your Way’ landed in a meditation as she began to cultivate her inner creator and then her whole reality as she dared to live + love outside the boxes.

Now, she teaches people to find their inner calm and cultivate their inner creator. To lead their own path wherever they want to go in life!

Her movement inspires people to find that there is no limit to where their own creativity can lead them and what really drives this is seeing people discover they are good enough and find gratefulness for themselves and the uniqueness of who they are. She is truly here to guide people to authenticity and playfulness!

She not only teaches through meditation and breathwork, but speaks on stages to large companies (inc. a full circle moment at an architect firm), she’s an artist, a singer, a dancer, has her own membership home, a future group programme being created and is even writing her own book – of course she is!

During our conversation we dive into the magic and magnetism that happens in your business when you are living in alignment with who you are, your expression and allowing yourself to be playful and taking action from this place vs forcing. We speak to the small shifts anyone can start to find their inner calm and what happens in the brain when you’re in this state and can access your creativity.
