Skimming the cream means to choose what's best and leave the rest

This is Grace's debut, her very first podcast of Balcony Farmer Chronicles.

Marty and Grace just downsized and moved to a high-rise condo downtown. Marty has kept a journal since he was 12 and is now talking to himself and recording it on his iPhone. The series is titled "Balcony Farmer Chronicles." Both Marty and Grace will have their own podcast. Marty is the deep thinker and will share good ol farm wisdom along with business horse sense.

Grace has her doctorate in nutrition and teaches at the local community college. She and her husband, Marty, sold their large home in the suburbs when their youngest child left home. They downsized and moved downtown to a high-rise condominium, where the only outside space they have is a balcony on the 12th floor. Marty wants to turn it into a farm and Grace calls him the Balcony Farmer.
