What is it actually like to be led by you?

Leadership isn’t only about what we know, what we build, or how much responsibility we carry. People also experience who we are becoming while we lead.

In Season 2, Episode 7 of Back to the Seed Conversations, Samantha Bishop explores leadership that flows from formation through the example of Jesus washing His disciples’ feet in John 13.

In this episode of Back to the Seed Conversations, Samantha Bishop explores what it means to steward growth without automatically assuming that growth requires you to personally carry more.
